Another tasty, healthy, low fat treat

Take one chopped cucumber, one chopped tomato. Add 4 tbsps of low fat yoghurt, 2 tsps of roasted and ground cumin, half a tsp of chilli powder ( or 1 tsp of chopped green chilli ) and half a tsp of table salt or rock salt. Mix well, enjoy this tasty snack which satiates.
