Broccoli-healthy and tasty recipe

Broccoli is rich in Vitamins and antioxidants…..the best way to eat is by steaming it for 4 minutes to retain the vitamin C and sulforaphane. We steam it for 4 minutes, then stir fry for a minute with sliced garlic and butter…..and add Himalayan salt, freshly ground black pepper, freshly ground red chili flakes…….healthy and tasty….India is the second largest producer of Broccoli and Cauliflower combined!!
