Slice onions, potatoes, cottage cheese and cauliflower. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan ( never re-use cooking oil)
Mix gram flour with water, ground and roasted cumin and coriander powder, salt and finely sliced green chilies. Optional–ginger and black pepper powder, coriander leaves.
Coat the sliced ingredients with the gram flour batter, deep fry in the heated oil. Dry on an absorbent paper towel.
