I do not really enjoy deep fried snacks…. I have been brainwashing myself into believing that!!! it is working….instead of the deep fried pakoras everyone was enjoying at home, i marinated a few vegetables and fruits and roasted them….here is how my delicious snacks looked ….
In the picture on the left are the deep fried snacks…and on the right side are the roasted snacks…I had bell peppers, carrots, potatoes, cauliflower and cottage cheese…..
