Garden Nasturtium -Indian Cress

Yes, the bright orange pretty flowers of the garden nasturtium are also known as Indian Cress.They originated in the Andes. All parts of the plant are edible, with a peppery taste, and can be added to salads.

They are ornamental as well as useful, since they repel bugs and pests. They contain the highest amount of Lutein found in any food substance!!
