Monday special omelette

For that extra burst of energy, flavour and enthusiasm on a Monday morning….here is what we eat…….

Add sliced onions and strips of chicken/ bacon/ any meat and stir-fry in a small amount of ghee….add cheese strips and green chili….remove from the pan. Beat two eggs and cook them….add the mix previously cooked over the eggs…fold when the eggs are cooked…..enjoy!

For the ‘eggetarians’ (those who eat eggs but not meat…remember, you heard of it for the first time here!). add bell peppers in place of the meat…..
