Our cottage cheese ‘paneer’ recipe

Make fresh paneer by boiling milk and adding lemon juice to it. The milk turns to paneer or cottage cheese. Strain, keep aside. In a pan, add desi ghee, sliced onions and chopped tomatoes. Stir for 2 minutes and add the paneer, add salt and……squeeze some lemon juice on the dish. Paneer is high in protein, fiber and minerals. it contains calcium as well. Enjoy!
