Lentils are an amazing source of proteins, including amino acids ( all except two essential amino acids), dietary fibre, Vitamin B1, folate and minerals. Sprouted lentils have the added advantage of the two essential amino acids methionine and cysteine.
Too much emphasis is put on dieting, whereas it should be on eating right and working out right.
There are certain food groups that cannot harm ANYONE , let’s take a look at sprouted lentils which can be tasty and healthy.
Grow them in your home, by soaking the lentils overnight. Lay them flat on a moist surface, which should be covered. Within 36 hours, they are ready to eat. Squeeze fresh lemon juice, add diced cucumber and tomato. Add a pinch of rock salt. Enjoy!
