We need carbohydrates, proteins and fat in our diet….it is the proportion that is crucial for each person / gender/ age/ disease!
We do not realize that some sugar may be present in bread, ketchup, salad dressing, sauces…….
Toothpaste and some other products contain sweeteners…..
Be aware, if you can do without ketchup without missing it, maybe you should!!!
Some of the things you can add to an omelette is finely chopped onions, tomatoes and green chili…….giving up something only works for me if I substitute for something tastier…..
