Yummiest healthiest samosas

The samosa is a favourite snack of ours. To make them healthy, while retaining the taste, one can make the filling out of cashews, almonds and raisins. Potatoes are the standard filling, to which cottage cheese, masala and raisins are generally added, after which they are deep fried. By adding our kind of filling  and using a halogen oven to air fry samosas, the snack retains its taste and becomes healthy. Try it!i
